Gabe is a third-generation El Pasoan. His family founded Benny's Pawn Shop in 1947 and operated it for nearly 70 years. After selling the business, he spent a decade in Silicon Valley working across tech, SaaS, finance, and Bitcoin, leading product, growth, and marketing at venture-backed companies, including one acquired by PayPal for $200M and another that recently went public. He later founded a company backed by $15M in venture capital.

He started Borderline Genius to bring world-class technology and AI back home.

Phillip has spent the last decade as a founding engineer at high-growth fintech and crypto startups, building technology stacks from the ground up, including one that went on to raise over $500M in funding. He's scaled engineering teams from three developers to forty-five, served as Director of Engineering at a successful crypto startup, and shipped products across engineering, product, and marketing.

Now he's focused on building world-class AI systems and modern digital infrastructure so local businesses can compete in what comes next.

Joe is a multidisciplinary creative with over a decade of experience across film, design, branding, and digital experiences. He merges traditional artistic instincts with cutting-edge tools to produce visually distinct, culturally resonant work, fast.

Known for turning mild ideas into maximum output, shipping at insane speeds, and insisting the final cut needs one more microscopic tweak that "changes everything."

Costas has built his career finding the next wave before it breaks. He spent six years in crypto and blockchain, driving business development and growth for venture-backed companies and moving hundreds of millions in volume across one of tech's highest-stakes arenas. Before that, he was early to the broadcast industry's shift from traditional to networked video, building studios for multiple Fortune 500 corporations and organizations navigating a technology sea change. Today he's ahead of the curve again, architecting cloud-based production infrastructure as broadcast enters its next era, and separately, going deep on AI and automation tools that are reshaping how businesses operate. Costas doesn't wait for the playbook. He writes it.
